Research Interests
My research focuses on understanding how songbird territory size and territory quality influence their reproductive success and how often they sing. I study populations of Black-throated Blue Warblers and Ovenbirds at Hubbard Brook. These species vary in life histories, nesting locations in the forest, and their interactions with the green and brown food webs. I explore how these differences influence their territory selection.
