Nikki Lindt
Nikki Lindt is a Brooklyn-based ecological artist who has exhibited and presented her work nationally and internationally. Her recent projects include: a series on the thawing permafrost in the Arctic Region of Alaska, a study on the 'effects of nature on people' in Abisko, Sweden, collaboration on 'An Ecotopian Lexicon' and an exploration of underground sound in rural and urban locations in the northeast of the US. Nikkis' projects often involve close multi-disciplinary collaboration with scientists, social scientists, philosophers, and others. Nikki is artist in residence at the NYC Urban Field Station for 2021.
