Research Interests:
I am interested in how ecosystems respond to environmental change, including interactions between co-occurring environmental perturbations such as climate change and acid deposition. My dissertation research focuses on how microbial ecology affects carbon and nutrient cycling in soils, and how the long term and punctuated effects of climate change may alter microbial activity.
